The fundamental principles of breathing and movement drive each of us. Defensive patterns develop which then create muscle limitations that can restrict activity, strength and range of motion. Be Activated technique incorporates a series of simple muscle resistance and flexibility tests that provide a base measure. The manual techniques are applied and functional tests are repeated. The results are measurable and immediate, but what is most important is the feeling the body has returning to its ideal state of movement.
