What?
The course has reinforced and expanded on the techniques learnt on the Level 1 course, whilst moving it all into a dynamic setting. I can use these techniques in conjunction with others to produce fast and lasting results. This follow up course focusses on taking skills learnt in the Level 1 Be Activated course to the next stage.
Further to this you will gain more techniques and Douglas will demonstrate a full assessment and treatment on a client/patient so everything ties together in a clear ordered fashion. The aim of Level 2 is to expand your skills, renew your excitement in the impressive gains you can have with these techniques!
The course will consist of both lectures, practical, question and answer sessions, and a full assessment of a course participant.

“Level 2 is where we’ll reach a whole new level of fun together, based on the strong foundations you’ve built from Level 1. The aim of Level 2 is to deepen your understanding and excitement of the techniques and we’ll cover more Activation techniques to really dig deep, and I’ll demonstrate a full assessment and treatment on a client.
We’ll then build on your knowledge by applying the techniques to movement patterns, zones of transformation and exercise. I’ll introduce you to some new concepts around visual field stress patterns, and we’ll look at breaking associated belief patterns. Be Activated Level 2 will reinforce the skills you already have, and equip you with some powerful new tools!”
Participants must have attended Be Activated Level 1 to attend this course.
